Kangaroo sculpture
Lawrence Court, running from Spruce to Cypress between 4th and 5th, is a charming red brick road inaccessible to motor vehicles. Here you will find one of Philly's many hidden art treasures: a steel sculpture of kangaroos — a comic touch and just right here.
A small alley on the north end of Lawrence Ct., where the main road makes an "elbow" and turns to the east as Cypress St. leads north to Spruce St. Turn to the left and you'll see the Society Hill Synagogue.
